Photos obtained by TMZ show Liam’s body on the hotel deck, surrounded by tables and chairs, with visible tattoos including a clock on his left forearm and a scorpion on his abdomen.

Witnesses reported that the fall happened shortly after 5 PM, and noted that Liam had exhibited erratic behavior in the hotel lobby earlier, including smashing his laptop and needing assistance to return to his room.
